If the domain device account doesn't have appropriate permissions to access the share, the scan won't work. Ensure that the device has permissions to the access network share.
In the list of tabs, select Windows 10 unhealthy endpoints or Windows 11 unhealthy endpoints. From the list of actions provided, select Quick Scan recommended or Full Scan. Clicking this button opens the Task settings window in which you can edit the task settings. When copying a task, the application automatically adds the word "Copy" to the name of the new task. In this window, you can edit the settings of the task that has been selected in the list.
