Im just glad to see working Vista Drivers. Creative is the bomb in the sound card industry, but I think they are taking that position to laxative. Auzentech has come out with some nice cards and so has Asus and Razar. Honestly, I'm glad to see other companies getting into the audio card market - more choices, plus difference in architecture, style, and execution should really get Creative back on the ball like they were years ago.

The Creative X-Fi XtremeGamer is the new addition to a refreshed X-Fi range and is equivalent to your stripped down, super lean, bare basics X-Fi that still features all the necessary gaming additives. You can find me as Cornflake on some of the threads begging for Stereo Surround because that's the only real feature that I think matters in the CMSS tab and a lot of people would agree with me.

And vista even gives me advanced sound features like bass redirection. Because I dont play any games that support openal it is fine for me, and in CS:S it sound great.
