Autounattend.xml windows 7 not found

I've followed the instructions correctly and have made several answer files at this stage. I then configured an answer file and tried to install Windows 7 Ultimate x64 but still the answer file was not detected. I then tried Windows 7 Ultimate x86 but still the same. I have the autounattend. The drive is recognised by the system and is in the boot menu at startup. When setup loads, the light on the USB stick flickers as if it is being read but still the language option appears every time.

Then I thought it might have something to do with my language entry so Ichanged this from 'en-ie' to 'en-IE' - but still the same.

What can I be doing wrong? Does the USB stick need to be prepared in any specific way? Thursday, December 1, AM. Extra, en-IE is not a language pack. The only english language pack is en-US.

Friday, December 9, PM. Thursday, December 1, PM. I changed the UI language in my answerfile to en-US and setup then recognised it? Friday, December 2, AM. Hi, It seems you have found the resolution. It's easy! Already have an account?

Added Locale info to oobeSystem pass 3. Not really. Automating a Windows install requires a file called AutoUnattend. Remember that name. It must be exactly that name when placed inside of the ISO. The first task is to create this file. You can download an example template here to get started.

This file is broken down into the different phases of a Windows install. This autounattend generator is a website that provides a wizard-like interface to answer simple questions which will create an unattended XML file for you.
